As the owner of SacramentoGrapevine & SanFranciscoGrapevine I am appalled that Norma Torres would introduce this Legislation.  Norma Torres is uninformed, any registered sex offender can in minutes have unlimited free email addresses from Google, Yahoo AOL and many other free email service providers.  As a website owner how am I to remove any sex offender if this person registered with a free disposable email account.... Assemblyman Pedro Nava Santa Barbara (D) has introduced a bill that would require Violent Crime Reporting and make it a crime if you or any person does not report it to the police..
Let me ask these questions.

Negative Amortization Loans to be banned in California

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger this week signed California Assembly Bill 260, which will have far reaching effects on banks in the future.
California assembly Bill 260 provides a ban on negative amortization loans in California.  California assembly Bill 260 takes effect January 1, 2010.
