I am outraged at the current education policy in grant funding! 41 US States will not receive any funding from the "Race to the Top" program. Good intentions aside, only 9 states benefitted from this program. 9/50 = Failure If anyone is still wondering why education is lacking, policy leads the way to failure. Convincing as that officer may have been in court of his innocence, one thing remains true, that Oscar Grant is dead. The young man was defenseless. He could have been anyone.
