NO JOB BILLS IN CALIFORNIA 2010 I reviewed the list of Bills today. I found many bills being introduced under the guise of "Job Creation". None of the bills currently listed address the loss of jobs in California. California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger this week signed Senate bill 94 which bans loan modification firms from demanding upfront fees this bill will expire on January 1, 2013. This bill is effective immediately.
