I am outraged at the current education policy in grant funding! 41 US States will not receive any funding from the "Race to the Top" program. Good intentions aside, only 9 states benefitted from this program. 9/50 = Failure If anyone is still wondering why education is lacking, policy leads the way to failure. California has now gone to far. If I was to demand a "Charter School" for "White Americans" where the "Confederate Flag" will be displayed and where "Southern History" would be taught.
