I must question the mental health of Meg Whitman. Yesterday June 5, 2009 Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger held a open question session at the Sacramento Bee offices where citizens could submit questions. The Gov. blamed the entire State Budget Crisis on "State Employees" and the "Unbelievable Benefits" they receive.
