Health Net had a security breach of 440,000 members of Medical & Financial data. The security breach occurred in May 2009,  however health Net waited almost 7 months before informing members.

Why are we paying for Health Care in Vietnam

Dear President Obama,
Every day people in the US go hungry,  everyday people in the US sleep outside in the cold,  everyday people in the US die for lack of medical care.
Yet medical care is being provided with US Funds in Vietnam,  we are paying for 55 AIDS medical clinics.
Can you please explaine why ?
