I came across the California State Auditors Statement of Securities Accountability of the State Treasurer's Office dated December 31, 2009. July 2010 numbers are reported here. Looks like there is a lot of revenue that I am not seeing when it comes to the budget. Settlers insurance Company is refusing to pay the wife the Life insurance Policy after her husband was shot by an unknown assailant be cause he had Hepatitis C.
