A California Medical marijuana Patient is suing her doctor for allowing a newspaper (as she states) the doctor to secretly video tape her Medical marijuana evaluation. The newspaper then published the video tape on there website. A few things that do not make sense. Why are we the taxpayers, paying high salaries to FDA employees in their enforcement division to do nothing but write letters ?
