First the City of Roseville outlawed all medical Marijuana Dispensaries now the City is trying to outlaw the growing of medical Marijuana outside.

The Meeting is tonight July 20th 2011 at 7:00pm

I think the City just wants medical Marijuana users to pay electric bills to Roseville Electric buy making us use grow lights.

A California medical Marijuana Patient is suing her doctor for allowing a newspaper (as she states) the doctor to secretly video tape her medical Marijuana evaluation. The newspaper then published the video tape on there website.
A few things that do not make sense. Did the medical Marijuana Patient go to the newspaper and state that she did not give permission for the secret recording ?
