Schwarzenegger was to build prisons in Mexico

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to spend more of California Taxpayer's money this time to build prisons in mexico to house all of the Illegal Aliens who committed crimes and are incarnated in our California prisons.
I am all for deporting every Illegal Alien who is in the US,  however why should we pay to build prisons in Mexico.
I think California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger should just round them up and deposit them across the border.
