Trying to go to Nursing School in California

I went to the State Licensing website to start my research. The first thing I did is eliminate all of the schools not in the Sacramento area. Then I eliminated all of the Community Colleges (due to the lottery entrance system for their nursing programs).
So I was left with 4 private schools and 3 adult education programs for the LVN program.

California Nursing Board

Marlene Delp who was the Resident Services Director at the Terraces of Roseville was arrested on August 18th 2010 for theft of Medicine from the patients.
As of today the California RN nursing Board has yet to restrict her license or place any notation on her license.  This means that Marlene Delp is free to work as an RN.

It took the California State nursing Board 3 years to shut down a fake nursing School.
The RN Learning Center & Junelou Chalico Enterina have been operating the Los Angeles based school.  300 students paid $20,000 each which equates to $6,000,000.00
The California AG Jerry Brown and the California nursing Board reached a settlement which requires that Junelou Chalico Enterina pay $500,000.00 in restitution.

Lawsuit accuses Placer Nun of Nursing without a license

This Placer County lawsuit makes claims that we have a Sister of Mercy Nun who is working as a nurse with a nursing license at he Sisters of Mercy of the Americas West Midwest Community in Auburn.
The lawsuit further goes on to allege that the Nun Sister Elaine Stahl was taking Morphine and killing the other sick Nuns.
This was reported to the California State nursing Board in June 2009.
This was reported to the Placer Narcotic Unit in August 2009.
