I wonder if the lawsuits against Kaiser permanente will ever stop.

This weeks lawsuit is from Yin Meng Liu Flato.  Yin Meng Liu Flato went to Kaiser in 2006 with symptons of cancer and Kaiser or her Kaiser Doctors order no testing.  Then in June 2010 a chest CT Scan revealed nodules in her lungs,  still Kaiser or her Kaiser Doctors order no testing.  Diagnostic testing was not performed until March 2011.

Today I was standing in Denny's restaurant waiting for my to go order and my cell phone rings.  The calling number was 877-737-4709.  I answered the phone and it was the Kaiser permanente STUPID FUCKING COMPUTER CALLING ME.  Because I did not have medical card at hand there was no way to speak to a "STUPID FUCKING LIVE KAISER permanente EMPLOYEE".

I would like to relate my interactions with the Kaiser HMO system in the last 12 months.

First let me start by saying that I pay approx. $10.000.00 per year in health insurance premiums for me and my husband no kids with a deductible of over $3,000.00 each per year.
