Ferret Theory LV Costco wants liquor initiative to pass but it fails in Washington State?   My question is, why? A fortune 500 company built in the ‘State of Washington' and the people of Washington, will not support Costco's wants and needs? Maybe because they know something about Costco. I don't know?
