I though I had heard everything, however this one takes the cake.
Settlers Insurance Company is refusing to pay the wife the Life Insurance Policy after her husband was shot by an unknown assailant because he had Hepatitis C.
Now what does a gun shot have to do with Hepatitis C ?
The Wife has been forced to hire a Lawyer and file a lawsuit.
All I hope is that the Judge and Jury award the wife 10 times the face value of the policy plus all legal fees.
