Yesterday June 5, 2009 Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger held a open question session at the Sacramento Bee offices where citizens could submit questions.
The Gov. blamed the entire State Budget Crisis on "State Employees" and the "Unbelievable Benefits" they receive.
The Gov. would take no responsibility for HIS ACTIONS and how HIS ACTIONS have contributed to the State Budget Crisis.
The Gov. blames the "State Workers" who go to work every day and supports their families and "Praises the Illegal Aliens who draw Welfare Checks".
How can you as Gov. of the State of California expect our residents to abide by the laws when you do not. In 2006 while you were Gov. you were driving a motorcycle without a "Valid California Motorcycle Drivers License" and involved in a crash.
Below is "MY SOLE OPINION" on how the Gov. has contributed to the State Budget Crisis.
1. Repealed the Boat & Yacht Tax.
2. Not providing enough support to the Franchise Tax Board to go after persons and companies with Delinquent Taxes owed. For example singer Dionne Warwick is listed as number 9 with over 2 million dollars in back taxes owed.
3. Not providing enough support to the Secretary of State to issue fines to corporations that are doing business in California with out registration and paying the required fees.
4. Holding a special election in California that cost taxpayer over 20 million dollars.
5. Allowing our precious tax dollars to be spent on court cases and FREE Legal Representation for Illegal Aliens.
6. Allowing our tax dollars to be spent providing housing, meals and health care to Illegal Aliens in our State, County & City jails & prisons.
7. Allowing our tax dollars to be spent providing Welfare, Food Stamps, WIC & Medi-Cal benefits to Illegal Aliens.
8. Allowing our tax dollars to be spent providing that all "State Forms" be printed in multiple languages.
9. Allowing our tax dollars to be spent providing a free education to Illegal Aliens.
10. Allowing our tax dollars to be spent creating a law that requires Doctor's Offices to provide Interpreters for Non English Speakers.
11. Keeping access to the Courts out of the hands of California Residents, for example The State of Tennessee Small Claims Court allows for the maximum of $25,000.00. California on the other hand allows for only two cases per year at the maximum of $7,500.00, the third and subsequent cases during the year are at a maximum of only $2,500.00
