Dear Immigration and Customs Enforcement,  you are a part of the Department of Homeland Security and charged with protecting the Security of the United States.  I would live to voice my concern over your poor job performance.

Below is just a small sampling of your lack of performance of your job duties.

1.  You allow convicted people to remain out of jail on bond until sentencing.  Thereby placing the people at risk that the convicted will commit additional crimes.

2.  You do not give the States the right to immediately deport any "Illegal Aliens".

3.  You allow that "Any Person" born in the United States is an :American Citizen",  this is not right as they were born to people who entered the US "Illegally" and therefore is not entitled to US Citizenship.

4.  You do not send enough employers who benefit from "Illegal Aliens" to jail and confiscate their ill gotten gains.

5.  You arrest then release "Illegal Aliens" on "Humanitarian Grounds".  What "Humanitarian Grounds",  they are in this county illegally.

6.  Our borders are not protected enough as you allow persons who were deported to renter the US.

7.  Your failure to performs your jobs has placed a tole on all State Governments who are providing Welfare,  Food Stamps,  WIC,  Housing,  Medical Care,  Education,  Prison Space,  to these "Illegal Aliens".

8.  Additionally what about the victims of crimes which are committed by these "Illegal Aliens",  murder,  rape,  burglary ?

9.  Entering or reentering or refusing to leave when requested to do so is a crime.  Do you job and remove these criminals.

10. And one of the most egregious lack of your job performance yet,  is that President Barack Obama's aunt who was ordered out of the country,  has been here for years collecting taxpayer supported welfare.  When all of this came to light did you deport her "NO". 

11. The  most egregious lack of your job performance yet,  is that you allowed the 911 hijackers to enter the United States.

Please do not tell me you are to under staffed to solve this problem.  Below are just a few things that you and your staff could do that would make a big difference.

1.  Order the States to immediately deport ALL "Illegal Aliens" who are in City,  County and State Jails and Prisons.  In California we have over 8,000 "Illegal Aliens" just in our State Prisons.  How many of these "Illegal Aliens" have produced children that are on the "welfare System" paid for buy taxpayer  ?

2.  Order the immediate deportation of all "Illegal Aliens" in Federal Prisons.

3.  Provide the States with the requirement to immediately deport anyone arrested who is in the US illegally.

4.  Require that hospitals report ALL "Illegal Aliens".

5.  Mandate that schools require prior to registration of a student that parents must provide proof of their legal right to be in the US.

6.  Require that schools report ALL students whose parents can not provide proof of their legal status.

7.  Require that all persons who were deported provide a full set of fingerprints via "Live Scan".

8.  Set up "AFIS" computers at all border crossings and require that ALL persons entering the Country have their fingerprints checked against "AFIS" "Illegal Alien Database" before being allowed to enter the US.

9.  In egregious cases like the Agriprocessor,  Inc. you should confiscate their ill gotten gains.

10. Cancel all H1B Visas.  The top 50 companies sponsoring H1B Visas,  in

2009 had over 250,000 employees who are under the H1B Visa Program.  Microsoft alone has over 22,000 H1B Visa Holder Employees.  Wow over 250,000 jobs could go to Americans.
