OFFLINE

Our State & Federal Justice System is in need of a complete overhaul.

Just take a look at these examples;

Secret Court Hearings in the Nancy Garrido Case

This Iraq man was brought back to the US,  we will be faced with paying for his defense,  his prosecution and if found guilty,  housing,  food and medical care in prison.

Nothing is done buy the Government to this company for selling drugs.

There is no continuity in Small Claims Court.  The amounts rum from $1,500.00 to $25,000.00 depending on the State.  If California were to follow Tennessee,  think of the Court backlog that would disappear.

If I with NO criminal record was to attack another person like Lisa Nowak did I would be in jail for 5 years,  however Lisa Nowak only received 2 days in jail,  with credit for the 2 days she spent in jail upon her arrest.

Please tell me why are justice system is so fucked up,  that a person with money or fame is treated special by the courts.
