Assemblyman Pedro Nava Santa Barbara (D) has introduced a bill that would require Violent Crime Reporting and make it a crime if you or any person does not report it to the police..
Let me ask these questions.
1. Is Assemblyman Pedro Nava going to guarantee me and my family or anyone else who reports a violent crime police protection if we feel in fear of our lives ?
2. Assemblyman Pedro Nava why should I tell the police anything they are useless, when I called my l local police department for help with a Stalker, there response was sorry we can not do anything.
3. Assemblyman Pedro Nava why should I tell the Police anything when the laws only protect the Police. For example the laws allows the Police to lie but if I lie I can be charged with additional crimes.
