Dear California Department of Justice,
Releasing prisoners early back onto the streets is not the way to reduce over crowding in our jails.
The way to reduce crowding is to deport all illegal aliens in our jails and prisons.
You released Kevin Eugene Peterson early and within hours he was arrested on charges of attempted rape.
You are putting all the citizens of California at risk.
