Yesterday I went to Carolina's Mexican Restaurant at 1012 Douglas Blvd. Roseville, CA
I had the worst meal ever.........
I purchased the cheese enchilada dinner, the sauce tasted like it came out of a can, the meal was packaged in one of these styrofoam containers, they placed a handful of shredded lettuce on top of my enchiladas and closed the top. With the steam I came home to a mess of wilted lettuce on my enchiladas.
