Dear Chief Counsel,
At this time the Labor Commissioner has not enforced Federal or
State laws that have been broken beginning with case # 08-59724 1 GM wage claim indicating with evidence that in 15 months time, 30 payroll paychecks were either under-paid or over-paid and that violations to the California State
Wage and Labor standards were cited and evidence presented to the currect State Case 11377 dated 11/08.
Violations that include non payment of over time, alteration of time worked, failure to pay for time worked, failure to act after being notified in writing of the errors, failure to provide flexible work schedule agreements, failure to provide breaks, failure to pay in excess of 12 hours worked, failure to pay employee after being called into work and then asked to leave, failure to document employee complaints, failure to document claims of sexual harassment, failure to protect employee under Federal Whisleblowers act, Failure to protect employee from retaliation. Illegal threat to fire for audit on personal payroll.
The Labor Commissioner has failed to uphold California State Laws and
Federal Laws regarding wages and firing practices. I wish to file a complaint. My claim was made in October of 2008.
Who do I notify for an investigation into the Labor Commissioner offices failure to perform their fiduciary duties for the public?
