Matthew Snakchko was arrested in 2007 for stricking up a converstion about religion with 2 shoppers.  Matthew Snakchko was arrested when he refussed to leave the mall after being asked to by security.

As a property owner and a business owner I should have the right to tell people knocking on my door to hand out religions information that they are not welcome.

A business owner has the right to place a sign in the window that states "No Shoes,  No Shirt No Service".  How is this different ????????
