OFFLINE

A California Medical Marijuana Patient is suing her doctor for allowing a newspaper (as she states) the doctor to secretly video tape her Medical Marijuana evaluation. The newspaper then published the video tape on there website.

A few things that do not make sense.
Did the Medical Marijuana Patient go to the newspaper and state that she did not give permission for the secret recording ?

Did the Medical Marijuana Patient demand that the newspaper remove the video ? because the video is still available on the newspaper website.

Why did the Medical Marijuana Patient not also sue the newspaper ?

The Medical Privacy Act is clear so why would any doctor place in jeopardy their Medical License ?

A few extra interesting facts;
The Doctor graduated from Stanford Medical School.

The California Medical Board lists this doctor as practicing in the field of Pediatrics.

The California Medical Board does not show any actions against this doctor.

At 20 to 50 patients each Friday at a cost of $175.00 each the doctor is earning from $3,500.00 to $8,750.00 for her 3 hors of work each Friday.
