Our legal system needs a complete overhaul.  If you look at the four cases below, the mailman gets 5 years in jail the councilwoman gets 1 day in jail and the judge get no jail time.

0 days in jail and four years probation for 64 counts of forgery, identity theft, and make false signatures, as well as two counts of perjury and one count of criminal conspiracy----This is a judge

30 days in jail and three years probation for embezzling more than $23,000

1 day in jail and five years probation for embezzling more than $127,000----This is an ex councilwoman

5 years in jail and three years probation for stealing mail & credit cards----This is a mailman

It looks like the courts gives a better sentense if you have more education.

 

Shame oon the Judge who gave the judge no jail time.
