Hello,

I would like to inform you and the public about the HORRIBLE service provided by your company.

I live in Roseville and have internet (DSL) service through Surewest.

I have been without DSL service for up to 4 hours,  when you took down the whole system for maintenance without informing you customers.

You modem broke and the technician informed me that you had no modems in stock and to go out a purchase one of my own and to install it.  I did as instructed and purchased my own modem.

I called you Customer Service department to cancel my phone service, as I just wanted to keep the DSL,  they convinced me to keep the phone service but change to you digital phone service.  They made a appointment to come out and change out the modem 4 days later.  THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.   It has not been 4 weeks.  NO CALLS NOTHING.

And today when my service went out AGAIN today,  I contacted technical support only to be told sorry you have a modem NOT owned by Surewest.  We Surewest will not provide you with any Technical Assistance.

SO HOW IS THIS MY FAULT.

Let me guess... you can't get service from anyone else either.  Seems like in america today, poor service comes with being the only, or one of few providers, of a service.  The more you are needed, the less you are given.  For this the goverment broke up AT&T.  We are held hostage in our own country, by our own companies.
