It took the California State Nursing Board 3 years to shut down a fake Nursing School.
The RN Learning Center & Junelou Chalico Enterina have been operating the Los Angeles based school. 300 students paid $20,000 each which equates to $6,000,000.00
The California AG Jerry Brown and the California Nursing Board reached a settlement which requires that Junelou Chalico Enterina pay $500,000.00 in restitution.
So the State of California not only let the owner "Junelou Chalico Enterina" keep the $5,5000,000.00 in profit and has not criminal record or any jail time.
I do not understand the State of California and why we do not send people to jail for Financial Crimes.
I also do not understand why it took the State of California 3 years to stop this crime.
It is time for the California State Lawmakers to get off there "FAT ASSES" and do the work they are paid for.
