I am outraged at the current education policy in grant funding!
41 US States will not receive any funding from the "Race to the Top" program.
Good intentions aside, only 9 states benefitted from this program.
9/50 = Failure
If anyone is still wondering why education is lacking, policy leads the way to failure.
This is one of the worst methods of funding needy schools.
Raise your standards Washington!
