NO JOB BILLS IN CALIFORNIA 2010

I reviewed the list of Bills today. I found many bills being introduced under the guise of "Job Creation". None of the bills currently listed address the loss of jobs in California.

While I listened to the debate between Senator Boxer and Carly Fiorina, I thought it was interesting how easily the current Senator stated that she had been working on "Jobs" bills.

Setting ALL POLITICS aside, which we all should do when the unemployment rate for California is 12.6%, where ARE the "Job" bills?

I realize that I am at the bottom of the food chain along with about 45 million other unemployed in the United States, which is all the more reason to ask...

where are the "Job" bills?

During Clinton, jobs were created. I would like to think that this occurrence is not a DEMOCRATIC thing but rather a UNITED STATES thing. I am so tired of peoples politics getting in the way of what is right.

It is easy for people who are comfortable, live on large salaries, stock returns, and investments....like Rush Limbaugh and other FOX 40 opinions, to beat down the people that are at the bottom of the food chain. Talking about how they are lazy, or get a job 1 week after unemployment runs out.

GUYS, here is a fact, I have put out over 1300 resumes and job applcations in the State of California. I have gone on more than 15 interviews. Do you have

any idea how much competition has pushed me out of the opportunity to work?

I spoke to an employer that stated, 1 hour after posting their ad, they had to pull it because of the overwhelming response. The number of unemployed has these obstacles to overcome to become gainfully employed:

1. Competition

2. Poor Job market

3. Illegal Firings - Labor Law Violations

4. More than 3 jobs in the last year

5. Employers Failure to Verify Employment

3. Background checks - Failure to have 10 years of work history (accurate)

4. Credit disqualification

5. Job history - Unstable (lay offs, temp jobs, part time work)

and that is to name a few. The current climate has allowed for the worst practices of employment hiring and firing in decades.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK before you open your mouth and make a judgment that does not honestly reflect the conditions of the unemployed!

PS - GET A "JOB" BILL!
