Marlene Delp who was the Resident Services Director at the Terraces of Roseville was arrested on August 18th 2010 for theft of Medicine from the patients.
As of today the California RN Nursing Board has yet to restrict her license or place any notation on her license. This means that Marlene Delp is free to work as an RN.
Why has the California RN Nursing Board has not taken any action ?
Why has Governor Schwarzenegger allowed this ineffective board to continue to put patients at risk ?
Governor Schwarzenegger has been a Do Nothing Governor.
