So in looking for a job on craigslist, I found this job below. So I call the number to apply.
Call me stupid, but a job is a job. With a job you are paid a salary or commission. If it is a job you should not have to pay them.
Well after calling the phone number in the ad there is a initial cost of $397.00 and additional fees of approx $220.00 each and every month.
If you have to pay them money it is a business opportunity not a job, and this should not be posted in an employment section anywhere.
The interviewer assured me that if I searched the web I would find nothing but glowing reports. However a simple search resulted in the reports below.
There is also a rating of "F" from the BBB on the owner against the owners prior business.
This company uses software to scrape email & phone numbers for leads then resells the leads.
The $397.00 is for a right to use and resell their web based software.
