You need to get some more education, the things you need to learn are;
1. How to set up a google alert on your name so you know when your STUPID emails are posted online at Gawker.com, and when someone sets up a fake twitter account in your name.
2. How to compose an email.
3. Not to tell every employee below the MD Level to go get a job at Wells Fargo, because if one half of the employees did, and asked at the exit interviews why they were leaving and these employees showed HR your email I think that you would be the next person looking for a job at Wells Fargo.
4. I am not sure that your Boss Thomas Weisel will be happy to see his companies name all over the internet will your ranting email.
