The Consumer Product Safety Commission has decided to exempt Mattel Toys from the Law that required Third Party Testing.
This begs the question as to why Mattel is getting special treatment ??
Mattel Toys & it's subsidiary Fisher-Price 6 recalls for Lead Based Paint Contamination.
It sounds like to me the average citizen that money talks.
