I do not understand how or why the US Courts would even but their heads in to this matter.  These people broke the law when they entered the US.  The courts need to stay out of this and just let the deportations proceed.

I understand why the entire staff of Miramonte Elementary School,  however I do not understand why John Deasy the Superintendent of Schools has not been fired.  John Deasy is the ultimate boss of these teachers and in charge of the School District therefor should he not be responsible and loose his job ?
