Politics have now gone to far. We need to revamp the entire system. We need to stop the unlimited spending, we need to stop the political bashing, we need to set time limits of 2 terms for every elected official. As a California voter and taxpayer this was the last straw for my. It was not the threats of "tearing up" Steve Poizner but the promise to help him win the 2012 Senate Race against Dianne Finestein. As a California voter and taxpay... Read More
INTERVIEW WITH A BUDDHIST I cried myself to sleep because it is one night before my rough draft for my Final is due; and I don't have an interview with a Buddhist. I had sent a request to a Buddhist who has his own publishing company. He agreed to answer my questions. I continued to send friendly reminders. I finally sent a firm inquiry and stated the due date was quickly approaching. On Monday, I received an email stating that I should get someone else. I thought to myself, yeah it mu... Read More
Please add you name to this petition to Deport Arnold Schwarzenegger.
California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to spend more of California Taxpayer's money this time to build prisons in Mexico to house all of the Illegal Aliens who committed crimes and are incarnated in our California prisons. I am all for deporting every Illegal Alien who is in the US, however why should we pay to build prisons in Mexico. I think California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger should just round them up and deposit them across the border. ... Read More

Same-sex marriage will probably be a controversial issue for some time to come. Within the already controversial realm of gay rights, no area is more controversial than gay marriage. The traditional and still dominant view in the United States is that marriage is a legally recognized union of one man and one woman. This view is deeply embedded in moral and religious beliefs. Same-sex marriage would start us down a "slippery slope" towards legalized incest, bestial marriage, polygamy and all man... Read More
While doing some internet research I came across this website http://www.takeamericaback.org/ They have done an outstanding job of listing the issues that need to be tackled. I would only add 1 item to their list; 1)Write to your Congressman and Senator demand that all products sold are clearly marked on the outside packaging the percentage of labor and materials from every country of origin. This way Americans can make an informed purchasing decisio... Read More
I am writing this in late Fall- true frosty December weather- some of the coldest temperatures of recent record here in Northern California and along Wine Road – not used to so much ice, frost and snow dusting the hills and peaks in the Alexander Valley—even have ice along the edges of the Russian River itself which is beautiful to see- and makes the drinking deer sound so crunchy- very unusual for us- the cold, not the crunchy deer sounds. This cold will make the vines even more dormant- certai... Read More

Re: General Tony Cucolo - Court Marshall Pregnant Military personnel Comment: General have you considered something as simple as birth control? Why not mandate Depo shots for active duty? In the event of sexual assault military personnel are also protected and in many cases it eliminates the menstrual cycle. http://www.fwhc.org/birth-control/bcdepo.htm Consider something preventative and you will retain your people.
