Federal Housing Act Tax Credit
Posted On 04/05/2009 20:51:40 by okcrick
How to get the tax cedit I'm sure you have heard about the $8000 that may be available to the first time home buyer, or someone who hasn't owned a home in the last 3 years. What a lot of people don't know, is that all you have to do is contact a CPA and a Realtor who specializes in first time home buyers. If you have already filed your 2008 income tax, you are still able to take advantage of this once in a lifetime chance to become a home owner.
Dreams still do come true.... Read More

Kaiser Permanente is subjecting you & I to privacy & identity theft risks.

I am very concerned with how Kaiser Permanente is handling the sensitive data of their members and employees,  and exposing all of their members and employees to Identity Theft.

I am a member of Kaiser Permanente and today I tried to sign up with the online Kaiser Permanente system.  After I completed my name,  email and other required information I was told I would be presente... Read More

Hard Core Porn in Schools funded by taxpayers
Posted On 04/01/2009 11:13:48 by SacramentoGrapevine
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger

Please explain to me and every other taxpayer in the State of California why you are allowing our Tax Dollars to be used to provide Hard Core Porn Movies in our Colleges.

You as the Chief Executive of our State should be watching and controlling how our Tax Dollars are spent.  If students want to watch XXX hard core porn let them pay for it,  not me.

Mussels vs Brains
Posted On 04/01/2009 10:17:39 by SacramentoGrapevine
This is what happens when California Voters, elected Arnold Schwarzenegger to be the Governor.

It seems to me that Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger spends more time making Hollywood public appearances than running the State.

Below is just another example that Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has more mussels than Brains.  A government agency set to help the people is over 1 year with out anyone running the agency so the people are left out in the cold.

Let Dr. Phil & Cameras record you on a Shop Lifting Spree
Posted On 03/31/2009 12:19:27 by SacramentoGrapevine
Laura & Matthew Eaton were stupid enough to not only confess to their Shopping Lifting of $100,000.00 per year but to let the Dr. Phil cameras follow them on one of their 3 day adventures.

It will be interesting to see if this case goes to trial will Court TV carry the footage live.  I do not see how any judge or jury will find them NOT GUILTY,  after seeing them appear on Dr. Phil and confess.

I do not have a fancy Law Degree like the people who write these Bill's which are presented to Congress and The House of Representatives.  However as aConsumer and someone with Common Sense,  which none of our Elected Officials have despite their money and education.

But as an average Citizen I see only 7 things that need to be included in this new Bill to make our Food Supply Safe.

Not Meg Whitman for Governor of California
Meg Whitman the former CEO of Ebay states she is for California Jobs,  I find this statement laughable.  If Meg Whitman were for California jobs she would of keep jobs in California by purchasing her campaign domain names from California Companies, but instead she purchases her domains from a Company outside of the US. megwhitman.com Registrant:   DomainPeople, Inc. ...
