Why would you think I would give up my emergency supplies and stocks of food ?
If the other residents of California are to stupid not to have more that a few days worth of food that is there problem.

I do not understand why the Japanese Government would build Nuclear Plants on an area that is so prone to earthquakes.
The Japanese Government has not only placed their citizens in harms way by their actions but have also exposed the citizens of the US in the Western United States to Radiation if the Nuclear Plant has a complete meltdown.
