Loan modification firms banned from demanding upfront fees

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger this week signed Senate Bill 94 which bans loan modification firms from demanding upfront fees this bill will expire on January 1, 2013.  This bill is effective immediately.
This law also requires that the loan modification inform the clients that they can obtain the same services FREE from Government approved Non Profit Mortgage Counselors.

Gang Member Father--has son Tattooed

A gang member held his 7 year old son down while a fellow gang member tattooed the young child with a gang sign on his stomach.

Settlers Insurance Company refuses payment to gun shot victim

I though I had heard everything, however this one takes the cake.
Settlers Insurance Company is refusing to pay the wife the Life Insurance Policy after her husband was shot by an unknown assailant be cause he had Hepatitis C.
Now what does a gun shot have to do with Hepatitis C ?
The Wife has been forced to hire a Lawyer and file a lawsuit.
