I do not understand how or why the US Courts would even but their heads in to this matter. These people broke the law when they entered the US. The courts need to stay out of this and just let the deportations proceed. I was watching the TV Show Cops & Coyotes on cable TV today. An interesting fact that was presented on the show is that the Quest Cable Company cable tv installer provided the Police in Arizona information on the CCTV that was installed in one of the homes that was to be raided. This makes me wonder if the police have a formal agreement with the cable & satellite TV companies & installers in the Sacramento Valley to act a police informers.

I was watching the TV Show Cops & Coyotes on cable TV today. I do not understand why we continue to fight the Drug Smugglers & Illegal Aliens at out borders. If the US Border Patrol & the National Guard would just shoot the Drug Smugglers & Illegal Aliens and leave the bodies where they fall. After a year or 2 of the Drug Smugglers & Illegal Aliens reporting back that everyone found hundreds of thousands of dead bodies of those crossing the border were shot and the bodies left I am sure that these problems would stop.

As an American Citizen born in the US I am trying to figure out why the US Politicians care more about Foreigners than US Citizens.
Case in point I am paying $11,000.00 per year for Medical Insurance from Keiser with a deductible of over $7,000.00 per year. Yet Hillary Clinton seams more concerned with bringing another foreigner to the US instead of helping Americans or following the law and making sure that all Illegal Aliens are deported.
I think that Hillary Clinton is only interested in having her name and picture in the newspaper & tv news.

How many Americans are without Health Insurance ?
How many Americans are homeless ?
How many Americans do not have heat ?
How many Americans do not have indoor plumbing ?
How many Americans are in danger from Natural Gas Explosions from our crumbling infrastructure ?
Is it not bad enough that our tax dollars are being spent to fund NPR.
Is it not bad enough that our tax dollars are being spent to fund PBS.
Is it not bad enough that our tax dollars are being spent to fund The National Endowment for the Arts.
Is it not bad enough that our tax dollars are being spent to fund 2 ongoing Wars.
Is it not bad enough that our tax dollars are being spent to fund The Peace Corps.
But we find that $770,000,000.00 to fund overseas projects such as Restoration of a Mosque, Restoration of a Sultan Palace, Restoration of a Conventual Bakery Restoration of a Convent, Restoration of a Monastery. All of these projects are in Foreign Counties.
THE USAID PROGRAM SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

We hear on Radio & TV ads every election how this candidate or that candidate has been a public servant for 20 plus years and all they have done to make things better.
Senator Jeff Bingaman is now serving his 5th term. Senator Barbara Boxer served 10 years in the House and is now serving her 4th term.
The list goes on and on with persons who claim to be Public Servants but in reality are Life Time Politicians.
The only was to have real Public Servants is to have real Term Limits. A maximum of 2 Terms for a State Elected Office and a maximum of 2 Terms for a Federal Elected Office.

An open letter to every Federal Judge, every Senator, every Congressman, and ICE.
Dear Government officials, as a US Citizen I implore you to stop ALL immigration.
With unemployment in double digits in some states, with illegal immigrates bringing tons of drugs across our borders, with illegal immigrates leading gangs, with illegal immigrates committing serious crimes, illegal immigrates receiving State & Federal benefits, with illegal immigrates children receiving a free education.
We the American People ask that you our Government Officials do your job. 1. Secure our Borders. 2. Stop all immigration applications. 3. Round up and deport all illegal immigrates. Wright County Egg AKA Austin "Jack" DeCoster and his operations have recalled 550,000,000 eggs that ate contaminated with Salmonella.
I have to ask where was the FDA, where was the USDA ?
Are not the FDA & USDA charged with protecting our food supply ?
Why has the Government not gone in and closed down these facilities ?
Why has the Government allowed these facilities to continue operations ?
I think the Government should just go in close down all of the facilities and seize all of the assets of the businesses and owners and set up a fund for renumeration to all who have be sickened.
Further I think the Government should fire every FDA & USDA employee who had contact these companies.
The US food recalls seen to be increasing, I do not understand why the Government can not protect our food supply.
- In 1992, a criminal complaint against DeCoster's operation on Maryland's Eastern Shore alleged that it had sold eggs to a store in Cecilton and to the Cecil County Detention Center in violation of a salmonella quarantine order.
- In 1996, DeCoster was fined $3.6 million for health and safety violations at the family's Turner egg farm, which then-Labor Secretary Robert Reich termed "as dangerous and oppressive as any sweatshop we have seen." Regulators found that workers had been forced to handle manure and dead chickens with their bare hands and to live in filthy trailers.
- In 1999, the company paid $5 million to settle wage-and-hour claims involving 3,000 workers.
- In 2001, the Iowa Supreme Court ruled that DeCoster was a "repeat violator" of state environmental laws, citing violations involving the family's hog-farming operations. The family was forbidden to expand its hog-farming interests in the state.
- In 2001, DeCoster Farms of Iowa settled, for $1.5 million, a complaint brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that DeCoster had subjected 11 undocumented female workers from Mexico to a "sexually hostile work environment," including sexual assault and rape by supervisors.
- In 2002, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined the family's Maine Contract Farming operation $345,810 for an array of violations.
- In 2002, DeCoster Egg Farms of Maine paid $3.2 million to settle a lawsuit filed in 1998 by Mexican workers alleging discrimination in housing and working conditions.
- In 2003, Jack DeCoster paid the federal government $2.1 million as part of a plea agreement after federal agents found more than 100 undocumented workers at his Iowa egg farms. It was the largest penalty ever against an Iowa employer.
- In 2006, agents found 30 workers suspected of being illegal immigrants at a DeCoster farm in Iowa.
- In 2006, Ohio's Agriculture Department revoked the permits of Ohio Fresh Eggs because its new co-owners, including Hillandale founder Orland Bethel, had failed to disclose that DeCoster had put up $126 million for the purchase, far more than their $10,000, and was heavily involved in managing the company. By playing down DeCoster's role, the owners had avoided a background check into DeCoster's "habitual violator" status in Iowa. An appeals court overturned the revocation.
- In 2007, raids in Iowa uncovered 51 more undocumented workers.
- In 2008, OSHA cited DeCoster's Maine Contract Farming for violations that included forcing workers to retrieve eggs the previous winter from inside a building that had collapsed under ice and snow.
- In June 2010 agreed to pay a $34,675 fine stemming from allegations of animal cruelty against hens in its 5 million-bird Maine operation. An animal rights group used a hidden camera to document hens suffocating in garbage cans, twirled by their necks, kicked into manure pits to drown and hanging by their feet over conveyer belts.

Art Why are we funding "Public Art Projects" when we can not pay for teachers in our schools.

Why are we paying teachers over $50,000.00 per year when they do teach students the incorrect number of States in the US.

Why are we providing foreign aid when we are not providing aid to our own citizens.
Why are we not securing our borders, and allowing illegal drugs to enter the US.

Below are 16 things that could be done in 1 month to fix these problems.
1. Stop all sports in public high schools.
2. Stop all sports in public colleges.
3. Get back to the basics in school, Reading Writing, Math, History, Geography, Science.
4. Stop all funding of arts programs, instead allocate this money to the social security program.
5. Secure our borders.
6. Deport all Illegal Aliens housed in our jails and prisons, instead allocate this money to the Universal Health Care Program.
7. Stop all foreign adoptions, we have thousands of children in the US who need to be adopted.
8. Cancel all H1B Visas.
9. Add a $100,000.00 tax to US Companies for every job outsourced.
10. No Foreign Students should be allowed to attend Public Colleges.
11. Not a single item should be purchased with Public Money unless it is 100% American Made, this means ALL Labor and ALL Materials, down to the last nut and bolt.
12. Revise our packaging laws to show the percentage of Labor and Material for every part the makes up the end product.

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to spend more of California Taxpayer's money this time to build prisons in Mexico to house all of the Illegal Aliens who committed crimes and are incarnated in our California prisons.
I am all for deporting every Illegal Alien who is in the US, however why should we pay to build prisons in Mexico.
I think California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger should just round them up and deposit them across the border.

I would only add 1 item to their list;
1)Write to your Congressman and Senator demand that all products sold are clearly marked on the outside packaging the percentage of labor and materials from every country of origin. This way Americans can make an informed purchasing decision.
Below is the letter they have drafted to be sent to elected officials.
My Elected Official, I am deeply concerned that so many American citizens have lost faith and trust in their government. This is due primarily to the rampant legal treason being committed against their best interests by individual members of our government to further their own careers and campaign contributions.
(You can find the definition of legal treason on takeamericaback.org to determine for yourself if you are guilty of it as well.)
As a member of the grassroots movement TakeAmericaBack.org, I have a list of legislation I wish for you to initiate, vote in favor of, or work to enforce. I expect for you to accomplish this list before the end of your current term and will take great interest in your progress. I am hopeful your patriotism will induce you to do what is best for our country. However, if I am proved wrong about that assumption and you do not accomplish this list of legislation I will unfortunately be unable to vote for your re-election.
Legislative List To Accomplish
1)No amnesty for illegal aliens except for military service.
2)Actively and with vigor prosecute employers who hire illegal aliens.
3)Employers who hire papered aliens here on visa programs pay a 30% on hourly wage employment tax. Those funds go to the Small Business Administration to provide streamlined low interest loans for American citizens for business start up.
4)Repeal the law which makes the child of any alien born in the United States an American citizen as long as the mother can make it across the border before giving birth. This was enacted right after slavery was abolished to ensure that former slaves would be considered American citizens. It has nothing to do with what is happening today.
5)Change the tax code for corporations so that they pay the same tax even if they move portions of their business outside the boundaries of the United States.
6)Declare any International Trade Agreement with a foreign country null and void if (a) that country subsidizes its industry in order to unfairly compete with the same industry in the United States: or (b) that country manipulates its currency to inflate its value and therefore causes the cost in the United States to be unreasonably low; or (c) that country is caught spying in the United States.
7)Set the corporate tax levels at 15% for corporations wholly operated within the United States. Set corporate taxes at 50% for multi-national companies.
8)Replace the individual income tax with a flat or fair tax. Every citizen should contribute to our Government. Exempting persons from contributing to the Government has led to the current “entitlement mentality” at the lower income levels. As well as, moving money out of the country in the upper income levels.
9)Set a cap on what Colleges and Universities can charge for tuition. Tie it to federal funding requirements. This together with #10 is a matter of national security.
10)Pass a law mandating the price of a college education is tied to the families income. Different levels depending on the family income.
11) Initiate universal healthcare by making it affordable to everyone. No need for yet another government program. Control costs thru tort reform, elimination of waste, increase of efficiencies, and methods of allowing employers and organizations to band together in purchasing policies. What healthcare and insurance premiums are doing to American families is a national disgrace!
12)Eliminate lobbyists representing "for profit" organizations ability to contact or influence legislators. Make it a federal crime requiring long prison sentences.
13)Eliminate Congresses ability to attach earmarks to legislation or to add one piece of legislation to another. Each bill is voted on its own merits.
14)Initiate term limits for Congress and the Senate.
15)Amend procedures of the Congress and Senates ethics committees. They should be made up of average citizens randomly selected annually with unfettered access to any and all congressional meetings and offices. They should report to the American people on the activities of Congress and the Senate weekly.
16)Reform election laws to reflect that all campaigns for Federal Office are solely funded by the Government and strict limits should be set for any candidate (ex: Congressional Office = $500,000 per candidate; President = $1,500,000 per candidate). 17)The Social Security funds payed in by taxpayers are under no circumstance to be moved to the general fund. Yesterday, a Northwest Airlines Flight from Amsterdam to Detroit carrying Umar Farouk aged 23 who is from Nigeria.
Umar Farouk ignited an explosive device as the plain was preparing for landing.
The crew and passengers subdued Umar Farouk.
Umar Farouk's name appeared in a US Database of persons with suspect connections.
I have the following question for our government;
1. Did Umar Farouk have a visa ?
2. If Umar Farouk did have a visa why was one issued to a person who is US Database of persons with suspect connections ?
3. If Umar Farouk did not have a visa why was he allowed on a US bound plane ?
I have the following comments for our government and citizens;
1. We are now going to have to pay for Umar Farouk's medical bills through our taxes.

Why are we the taxpayers, paying high salaries to FDA employees in their enforcement division to do nothing but write letters ?
Take for example the product "Stiff Nights", the FDA issues only a warning letter and a press release.
Take for example the products which claim to , diagnose or prevent or cure the H1N1 Flu the FDA issues only a warning letter and a press release.
Why can the FDA not team with the FTC to do more than just send warning letters. If the FTC were involved they would not only shut down the offenders, but seize their ill gotten gains, and send them to jail.
Because no penalty is ever handed over by the FDA to these companies, more companies just do the same thing.
Additionally, please explaine to me why the government does not place the sales of these products in the same category as marijuana ? If marijuana is illegal and the government seizes all of the money and sends people to jail, why not these people who are also selling illegal drugs ? It seam to me that the Government has a double standard.

US Band received $6,599,000,000.00 in US Taxpayer Funded Bailout Money
US Bank foreclosed on a property in Rancho Murieta, CA and placed the property for sale with a local Real Estate Firm.
The Property was listed below the market value for the area.
The property was on the MLS for 13 minutes before an offer was written and accepted buy the bank.
After the closing of the escrow on the property it was revealed that the buyer was Lance Merrihew, who is the son of Linda Merrihew, the asset manager at US Bank who guided the property through the foreclosure process and who lives in Rancho Murieta.
As a Taxpayer I outraged and shocked, who is looking out me and the other taxpayers ? The White House should be monitoring the baks that received bailout money, and how they handle the sales of foreclosed properties.
As as someone with bank accounts at US Bank, I am concerned that insider information is being provided by bank employees to their family members.

Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) announced the award of $127.5 million dollars in Stimulus Money for the purchase and installation of smart electric meters.
I have no problem with the award to SMUD or updating the electric grid, I do however have a problem with SMUD teaming up with Landis+Gyr of Switzerland for this project.
This is Federal Taxpayer Money, and I want to know why SMUD is awarding contracts to a Company in Switzerland for the production of the electric meters and not to a US company.
I firmly believe that ALL US Taxpayer Funded Stimulus Money should be spent only purchasing 100% American Made Products and the means down to every last bolt and screw.

Governor Schwarzengger claims the stadium will create 18,000 new jobs.
Governor Schwarzengger yes the stadium will create a few thousand good paying jobs during the construction. However, after the stadium is completed only a few thousand part time minimum wage jobs will exist.
Governor Schwarzengger after the construction only the Team Owners, Team Players and Team Coaches will earn a decent salary.

Governor Schwarzengger if Team Owners want a new stadium have them build it and pay for it.

Dear Immigration and Customs Enforcement, you are a part of the Department of Homeland Security and charged with protecting the Security of the United States. I would live to voice my concern over your poor job performance.

1. You allow convicted people to remain out of jail on bond until sentencing. Thereby placing the people at risk that the convicted will commit additional crimes.
2. You do not give the States the right to immediately deport any "Illegal Aliens".
3. You allow that "Any Person" born in the United States is an :American Citizen", this is not right as they were born to people who entered the US "Illegally" and therefore is not entitled to US Citizenship.
4. You do not send enough employers who benefit from "Illegal Aliens" to jail and confiscate their ill gotten gains.
5. You arrest then release "Illegal Aliens" on "Humanitarian Grounds". What "Humanitarian Grounds", they are in this county illegally.
6. Our borders are not protected enough as you allow persons who were deported to renter the US.
7. Your failure to performs your jobs has placed a tole on all State Governments who are providing Welfare, Food Stamps, WIC, Housing, Medical Care, Education, Prison Space, to these "Illegal Aliens".
8. Additionally what about the victims of crimes which are committed by these "Illegal Aliens", murder, rape, burglary ?
9. Entering or reentering or refusing to leave when requested to do so is a crime. Do you job and remove these criminals.

How many of these "Illegal Aliens" have produced children that are on the "welfare System" paid for buy taxpayer ?
2. Order the immediate deportation of all "Illegal Aliens" in Federal Prisons.
3. Provide the States with the requirement to immediately deport anyone arrested who is in the US illegally.
4. Require that hospitals report ALL "Illegal Aliens".
5. Mandate that schools require prior to registration of a student that parents must provide proof of their legal right to be in the US.
6. Require that schools report ALL students whose parents can not provide proof of their legal status.
7. Require that all persons who were deported provide a full set of fingerprints via "Live Scan".
8. Set up "AFIS" computers at all border crossings and require that ALL persons entering the Country have their fingerprints checked against "AFIS" "Illegal Alien Database" before being allowed to enter the US.
9. In egregious cases like the Agriprocessor, Inc. you should confiscate their ill gotten gains.
