Wow Amazon just sent this notice that they plan on terminating every associate in California.

We have hundreds of thousands of children who the only decent meal they receive each day is the free school lunch. These children also have no health insurance.
We have hundreds of thousand of people living in tents or sleeping on park benches.
But what does the elected lawmakers of California do they do and and approve Illegal Alien students to receive State Grants for college.

I do not understand why the Japanese Government would build Nuclear Plants on an area that is so prone to earthquakes.
The Japanese Government has not only placed their citizens in harms way by their actions but have also exposed the citizens of the US in the Western United States to Radiation if the Nuclear Plant has a complete meltdown.
Yes an earthquake is a natural disaster, however the placement of Nuclear Plants in an area with a long history of earthquakes is tantamount to being just plain stupid.
I think the Japanese Government should worry about the US Citizens in the Western US, because if any are exposed to Radiation you can bet there will be Hundreds of Thousands if not Millions of Lawsuits against the Japanese Government for Gross Negligence.

Esteban Nunez pled guilty in the stabbing death of Luis Santos in San Diego, Esteban Nunez who is the son of Fabian Nunez who served 2 terms as a California State Assemblyman.
The suit asserts Marcy's Law passed by California Voters. The interesting question that has not been asked is if Ex Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is found not to have upheld the Laws of the State of California or is found to have provided political favors to Fabian Nunez, will the California Attorney General Kamala Harris go after Schwarzenegger for all court costs, attorney fees and any other costs that the state will be required to pay in this law suit.

What makes this so interesting is that the media is reporting Abe Alizadeh that te theft charge stems from Abe Alizadeh's failure to pay over $1,000,000.00 in California State Taxes. Since when did "Debtors Prison's" come back in style, since when is failure to pay State Taxes A CRIME OF THEFT ? If the State of California wants their money that bad, why do not not just get a Court Order and cease everything he ownes down to his socks & underware, sell them at auction & deport him. A lobbyist who frequents the California State Capitol is has placed an ad on craigslist.
There is nothing nefarious about placing ads on craigslist and stating that you are a lobbyist.
However this ad was placed in the Adult Gigs Section of the Sacramento craigslist.
This lobbyist is looking for a "Kept Woman", the offer includes free rent in his River Side condo, use of the car and toys, and a gold card.
I do not know what company this person is a lobbyist for, I would love to know that.
I do not know how smart it is to announce that you are looking for a"Kept Woman" and state that you are a lobbyist in an ad placed on craigslist.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST SB 1317, as amended, Leno. Truancy. (1) Existing law provides that, if a person is a parent of a minor child, he or she is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding $2,000, or by imprisonment in a county jail for a period not exceeding one year, or by both that fine and imprisonment, if he or she willfully omits, without lawful excuse, to furnish necessary clothing, food, shelter, medical attendance, or other remedial care for the child. Under existing law, the parent or guardian of a pupil, who is subject to compulsory full-time education or to compulsory continuation education, whose child is habitually truant, as defined, or fails to perform his or her duty to compel attendance of the pupil, is guilty of a crime. This bill would provide that a parent or guardian of a pupil of 6 years of age or more who is in kindergarten or any of grades 1 to 8, inclusive, and who is subject to compulsory full-time education or to compulsory continuation education, whose child is a chronic truant, and who has failed to reasonably supervise and encourage the pupil's school attendance, is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding $2,000, or by imprisonment in a county jail for a period not exceeding one year, or by both that fine and imprisonment. By changing the definition of an existing crime, this bill would impose a state-mandated local program. The bill would authorize a superior court to establish a deferred entry of judgment program, meeting specified conditions, to adjudicate cases involving parents or guardians of elementary school pupils who are chronic truants. The bill would authorize a deferred entry of judgment program established under the bill to refer defendant parents or guardians for services, including, but not necessarily limited to, case management, mental and physical health services, parenting classes and support, substance abuse treatment, and child care and housing. The bill would authorize the deferment of entry of judgment in these cases upon the defendant's compliance with terms and conditions set forth by the court. The bill would require that funding for the deferred entry of judgment program come solely from nonstate sources. This bill would state that it would only become operative if SB 1148 of the 2009-10 Regular Session is enacted and adds a provision to the Education Code that this bill references to define the term "chronic truant." (2) The California Constitution requires the state to reimburse local agencies and school districts for certain costs mandated by the state. Statutory provisions establish procedures for making that reimbursement. This bill would provide that no reimbursement is required by this act for a specified reason. Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: yes. State-mandated local program: yes. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. A parent or guardian guilty of a misdemeanor under this subdivision may participate in the deferred entry of judgment program defined in subdivision (b). (b) A superior court may establish a deferred entry of judgment program that includes the components listed in paragraphs (1) to (6), inclusive, to adjudicate cases involving parents or guardians of elementary school pupils who are chronic truants as defined in Section 48263.6 of the Education Code: (1) A dedicated court calendar. (2) Leadership by a judge of the superior court in that county. (3) Service referrals for parents or guardians, including, but not necessarily limited to, all of the following: (A) Case management. (B) Mental and physical health services. (C) Parenting classes and support. (D) Substance abuse treatment. (E) Child care and housing. (4) A clear statement that, in lieu of trial, the court may grant deferred entry of judgment with respect to the current crime or crimes charged if the defendant pleads guilty to each charge and waives time for the pronouncement of judgment and that, upon the defendant's compliance with the terms and conditions set forth by the court and agreed to by the defendant upon the entry of his or her plea, and upon the motion of the prosecuting attorney, the court will dismiss the charge or charges against the defendant and Sections 851.90 and 1203.4 shall apply. (5) A clear statement that failure to comply with any condition under the program may result in the prosecuting attorney or the court making a motion for entry of judgment, whereupon the court will render a finding of guilty to the charge or charges pled, enter judgment, and schedule a sentencing hearing as otherwise provided in this code. (6) An explanation of criminal record retention and disposition resulting from participation in the deferred entry of judgment program and the defendant's rights relative to answering questions about his or her arrest and deferred entry of judgment following successful completion of the program. (c) Funding for the deferred entry of judgment program pursuant to this section shall be derived solely from nonstate sources. SEC. 2. No reimbursement is required by this act pursuant to Section 6 of Article XIII B of the California Constitution because the only costs that may be incurred by a local agency or school district will be incurred because this act creates a new crime or infraction, eliminates a crime or infraction, or changes the penalty for a crime or infraction, within the meaning of Section 17556 of the Government Code, or changes the definition of a crime within the meaning of Section 6 of Article XIII B of the California Constitution. SEC. 3. This bill shall become operative only if Senate Bill 1148 of the 2009-10 Regular Session is enacted, adds Section 48263.6 to the Education Code, and becomes operative on or before January 1, 2011.

This Placer County lawsuit makes claims that we have a Sister of Mercy Nun who is working as a nurse with a nursing license at he Sisters of Mercy of the Americas West Midwest Community in Auburn.
The lawsuit further goes on to allege that the Nun Sister Elaine Stahl was taking Morphine and killing the other sick Nuns.
This was reported to the California State Nursing Board in June 2009.
This was reported to the Placer Narcotic Unit in August 2009.
A check of the California RN Nursing Board reveals that there is no RN License issued to an Elaine Stahl.

California has now gone to far.
If I was to demand a "Charter School" for "White Americans" where the "Confederate Flag" will be displayed and where "Southern History" would be taught. I would be called a "White Supremacist". Then I guess there are Hebrew & Hmong Supremacist's.
A new charter school in Los Angeles will be a "Hebrew Language" school.
A new charter school in Sacramento will be a "Hmong Language" school.

I do not understand why Jaycee Dugard or her parents have not filed a petition with the courts to Terminate the Parental Rights of Phillip Garrido.
This would solve many of Jaycee's problems.
I am sure that hundreds of lawyers would be happy to assist her in this matter free of charge.

Dear California Department of Justice,
Releasing prisoners early back onto the streets is not the way to reduce over crowding in our jails.
The way to reduce crowding is to deport all illegal aliens in our jails and prisons.
You released Kevin Eugene Peterson early and within hours he was arrested on charges of attempted rape.
You are putting all the citizens of California at risk.

Politics have now gone to far.
We need to revamp the entire system. We need to stop the unlimited spending, we need to stop the political bashing, we need to set time limits of 2 terms for every elected official.
As a California voter and taxpayer this was the last straw for my. It was not the threats of "tearing up" Steve Poizner but the promise to help him win the 2012 Senate Race against Dianne Finestein.
As a California voter and taxpayer I hope the FBI send Meg Whitman to jail.

Yesterday June 5, 2009 Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger held a open question session at the Sacramento Bee offices where citizens could submit questions.
The Gov. blamed the entire State Budget Crisis on "State Employees" and the "Unbelievable Benefits" they receive.
The Gov. would take no responsibility for HIS ACTIONS and how HIS ACTIONS have contributed to the State Budget Crisis.
The Gov. blames the "State Workers" who go to work every day and supports their families and "Praises the Illegal Aliens who draw Welfare Checks".
How can you as Gov. of the State of California expect our residents to abide by the laws when you do not. In 2006 while you were Gov. you were driving a motorcycle without a "Valid California Motorcycle Drivers License" and involved in a crash.
Below is "MY SOLE OPINION" on how the Gov. has contributed to the State Budget Crisis. 1. Repealed the Boat & Yacht Tax.
2. Not providing enough support to the Franchise Tax Board to go after persons and companies with Delinquent Taxes owed. For example singer Dionne Warwick is listed as number 9 with over 2 million dollars in back taxes owed.
3. Not providing enough support to the Secretary of State to issue fines to corporations that are doing business in California with out registration and paying the required fees.
4. Holding a special election in California that cost taxpayer over 20 million dollars.
5. Allowing our precious tax dollars to be spent on court cases and FREE Legal Representation for Illegal Aliens.
6. Allowing our tax dollars to be spent providing housing, meals and health care to Illegal Aliens in our State, County & City jails & prisons.
7. Allowing our tax dollars to be spent providing Welfare, Food Stamps, WIC & Medi-Cal benefits to Illegal Aliens.
8. Allowing our tax dollars to be spent providing that all "State Forms" be printed in multiple languages.
9. Allowing our tax dollars to be spent providing a free education to Illegal Aliens.
10. Allowing our tax dollars to be spent creating a law that requires Doctor's Offices to provide Interpreters for Non English Speakers.
11. Keeping access to the Courts out of the hands of California Residents, for example The State of Tennessee Small Claims Court allows for the maximum of $25,000.00. California on the other hand allows for only two cases per year at the maximum of $7,500.00, the third and subsequent cases during the year are at a maximum of only $2,500.00
