Ferret Theory LVIII

While the everyday citizen in America, wont be blessed, with a “Government bailout.” The one thing America people can count on, is legal stockers, cut out by, the system to hang their citizens in America!

In an attempt to sabotage a disabled veterans family on Christmas, lawyers from “Unifund CCR Partners,” deliver a judgment in the mail Dec 3rd 2010. The lawyers put a freeze on an account at “Wells Fargo” of a disabled veteran, who has a disabled son with autism. The original credit debt was ($14,000 dollars) after losing a job and having no recourse to pay the debt. The Verdon family had no choice but to let it go. While the original debit holders where Chase. They sold the Verdon's debt away to other debt purchaser, who tact's on another ($10,000 dollars) in penalties to the original debt?

After years of being harassed and stocked -- by; ESP: Lang, Richert and Patch also known as ”Unifund CCR Partners.” The Verdon family came to reason and realized they must pay something? The Verdon family called the Lang Law office to negotiate what they could afford. The Verdon family said “they have saved up in years of savings a total of $7,000 dollars,” which is half of the original debt, the Verdon family owed! (The $7,000 was going to an arbitrator group in Texas, to settle the debt but, The law offices of; Lang, Richert and Patch turned down the $7,000.) The Verdon family thought this was there chance to make good on a previous debt? The lady at the Lang law office said “ that's not enough and we shouldn't have even call the Lang, Richert and Patch law office to negotiate?

The Verdon's were sad, that the Lang, Richert and Patch law office, would not work with them, and had no choice but to leave the debt remain. My wife and I are a total $25,000 a year… Plus raising an Autistic child which comes with “phenomenal amounts of extra funding needed to help their disabled child…Say's, Verdon….

Then came the conspiracy factor the Lang, Richert and Patch law firm went to the Sacramento Sheriffs Department. And a Levy was put on a “Wells Fargo Account of the Verdon Family.” The account had federal disability money, unemployment funds and my wife's payroll money! When it was just the husband who had the credit problem…Let me remind you that this is unsecured debt! By the Way! Says, Verdon…

Bottom-line it is illegal for anyone to touch (Federal and State funds in peoples account!)

Here's the kicker; Wells Fargo Bank enforced the Levy given by the Sheriffs, on the Verdon's accounts also known as a (Freeze..) On top of that Wells Fargo and the Sheriffs didn't even bother to contact the Verdon's about the freeze and “left the Verdon's hanging in the wind!”

Verdon notes: another thing that gets me is the Sheriffs never even served me this judgment, which I would think they have to in person by law.

The Verdon, family was without any notification of the judgment and the bank didn't even bother to contact the Verdon family. So, much for poor families in America. While the Governments wont be paying their own trillion dollar debit off the big business in America wont either, they'll just wait for their bail-out…! As for the little guy well that's another story…..

Since, these legal credit purchasers groups, in America received bail-outs, from are Federal Government. They don't have to take ((a lesser amounts)) from the American citizens for their “credit debt,” when the can get bailed-out by, are government for the full amount!

Sincerely,

Eddie

Costco wants liquor initiative to pass but it fails in Washington State?

My question is, why? A fortune 500 company built in the ‘State of Washington' and the people of Washington, will not support Costco's wants and needs? Maybe because they know something about Costco. I don't know? But, somebody must up there in Washington.

With more than two-thirds of the expected vote counted, Initiative 1100 was losing by more than 73,000 votes, with 52 percent of voters rejecting it.

Both I-1100 and I-1105 would have abolished the state's current monopoly on liquor distribution and sales in favor of private businesses such as Costco.

But I-1100 would have dismantling the current distribution model and allowing retailers like Costco to buy beer, wine and spirits directly from manufacturers instead of going through distributors.

Well, it looks like back to: “The kitty-litter box,” for Costco. Costco who sold out, one of their employees to a beer manufacture named Anheuser- Busch. Costco and Anheuser-Busch and the Teamsters were hoping to strengthen unity by stealing commercial Ideas of a Costco worker for profit! These Triads came up with a very complex conspiracy of their own. Probably only matched by: “The JFK Assassination

While though it looked good for these corporations for years! As the internet got Stronger and the Avenues for story writing got more promising…These corporations are starting to recognize their fate! Anheuser-Busch is now sold to Belgium because they could not be successfully in America anymore. Costco is in battle with it's own people to get laws pass and can't win. The Teamsters have been in financial struggle for years.

PS: I would also like to note: That “Anheuser-Busch” made a lot of their own enemies when they sold the “American Bald Eagle Emblem” to European thugs!

Eddie says, don't mess with Texas

I sent the “San Antonio Current” news magazine my story;“ Royalette was America's lucky winner!” And it touched the Head Editor : Elaine Wolff, of the San Antonio magazine in Texas. She called my bluff, to the nation and no-one responded to her published article; “Royalette was America's lucky winner!”

I am sad to here that Elaine, has resigned from the Current Magazine, and wonder of course if the “Ferret Theory,” had anything to do with it? My reasons are since Budweiser publishes; so many adds in the “San Antonio Current,” that Budweiser could have did their favorite number on her and get her to resign? Or, maybe because nobody fought “my story” made her believe, that the Current was not the place to work for anymore? Don't know?

The Current writes: The San Antonio Express: That effective today, Elaine Wolff, has resigned as editor of the San Antonio Current. She has held the editor position at the paper since 2006.

According to the article, her resignation was devoid of any drama: My opinion is so they say, I wonder….? Thinking of her family
The Current, had to speak highly of her so she could continue her career. But, the secret facts have to be keep secret for the game to continue….

I just think it's low, for the San Antonio Current to let her go for Budweiser money advertising dollars. When they could have keep a great editor for the people of San Antonio, Texas.

Know this; Elaine, your where the only editor to take my story “Royalette is Americas lucky winner” to publication single-handedly yourself! I will always love you for that!

Sincerely,

Eddie Verdon

Costco toast's a “new beer,” of their own ten years later!

Costco who was inspired by myself, their ex-employee, that had a scandal with Anheuser-Busch!

It happened 1998' that a large scandal took place in Rancho Cordova, Ca. It was a conspiracy of giant corporations -- Teamsters, Costco, Anheuser-Busch. They went to work on a Costco employee who had a “moment of genius.” Anheuser Busch wanted the

ideas to pitch their suds for Budweiser.

In 2008' Costco decides to go into it's own beer business, by having a beer of their own! Costco is bragging about their new beer, saying; “They are putting the beer industry to the test and compared four top selling beers to three of the Costco beers.” The first Samuel Adams Boston Lager versus German Style Lager.

While, I believe, that Costco was just trying to maintain strong relations with Anheuser-Busch and the Teamsters. Costco got exposed -- as a co-conspirator against one of their employee' who unrevealed the “Ferret Theory” about all three corporations working together to “seal my fate.” I think retaliation was used by Costco against Anheuser-Busch ten years later because the “Ferret Theory” found light on the internet.

Costco started their “beer run” Feb 2008' exactly ten years later from their ex-employee scandal who we all know by the name of Eddie! One analyst said “the rollout of Kirkland Signature Hefeweizen is most likely to hurt sub-premium brands like Anheuser Busch.” Costco, one of the nation's largest warehouse retailers, is readying its first line of private-label beers.

“Who will suffer more?” Well guess who?

Stifel Nicolaus analyst Mark Swartzberg said the rollout's impact is most likely to hurt sub-premium brands such as Anheuser-Busch's -- Busch and Natural Light, Budweiser Miller Brewing's Milwaukee's Best Light and Coors' Keystone.

Costco is ready to brawl with the beer industry, as they don't feel they need the relations of the beer industry as in the past. Costco, is now a “larger monster.” Thanks! To you fine people in America!

The Kirkland label application -- first reported by Miller Brewing Co's corporate blog, BrewBlog -- coincides with a court ruling against Costco yesterday in a long-running dispute between the retailer and Washington state beer wholesalers. A federal appeals court rejected a lower court's ruling that Washington statutes banning certain volume discounts and preventing retailers from taking beer directly from a warehouse. The decision strengthened the position of beer distributors, who have been in the somewhat awkward role of warring in court with their biggest customers.

”Beer has a remarkable history,” explains August Busch IV

I remember when Busch IV, was giving support speeches to protect the Anhueser-Busch company from being bought by InBev. Then Busch and family closed the deal and vanished from the media eye. Leaving the unions to frenzy on the employees, now as lay-offs are lurking in the coming future.

After a flurry of patriotism that was whipped up in the capitalist media, this “American icon” was sold off and Budweiser's mostly unionized workers are already facing cuts and layoffs.

Since the buyout, Busch has not been spotted at industry events. No quotes in media reports, no pictures at meet-and-greets. From trade meetings to sales conferences with distributors, Busch has been a no-show. Humm!, August, must have a lot to hide? Is my guess?

Editor of Beer Business Daily. Said, “I just haven't heard of him being around.”

The disappearance seems odd given how much InBev paid for Busch's services. As part of the buyout, InBev made him a highly paid consultant for Carlos Brito, CEO of the combined company.

how much InBev paid for Busch's services. As part of the buyout, InBev made him a highly paid consultant for Carlos Brito, CEO of the combined company.

I think, there was always some kind of secret agenda being cooked up with Anheuser-Busch? I mean really after just ‘eighteen months,' as new CEO: Busch IV, lets the American Icon brewery, Anheuser-Busch fall into foreign hands? WOW! He probably didn't have much choice looking at his dark back ground and failing economy….

What's interesting is,

I believes

, my Ideas sent to-- Tim Schoen, director of marketing at the time seemed to insure sales for the years! Busch career was taking off from Vice President of Marketing to CEO! Mr. Schoen and Busch used Eddie's Ideas for years to add to the success of the company and it worked for them. Then when they cut Eddie out of the deal altogether, it takes eighteen months for Anheuser-Busch company to land in foreign hands? It makes you think! Where these executives really under their own judgment or using somebody else's? That's the real question?

Eddie quotes: “You can steal an idea or dream but it wont keep you there if your not the real thing!”

Sincerely Yours,

Eddie

Royalette, she was America's lucky winner!

Royalette, she was America's lucky winner!

In 1994; a man named Eddie, worked for the “good old American dream!” With his newly married wife, Eddie was ready for the world. He would work at a warehouse put in his good work and then return home to see his spouse. His wife showed Eddie, as they were watching TV, a ferret. Eddie, had no idea what the animal was at the time? Eddie, soon loved the exoticness of the animal, almost right away.

One day Eddie and his wife went to Reno, NV. They went to the pet shop and seen ferrets for the first time in their life. Eddie, wanted a ferret but didn't have enough money to buy a ferret he was sad. The following day, Eddie and his wife went to do a little gambling in Sparks NV. Eddie, seen this no-name casino, well actually it was call the “B Street Casino.” Eddie and his wife played the machines, while not having much luck thought. Eddie, used his final dollars playing poker! The machine dealt Eddie, a Royal Flush of

Clubs!

Eddie, went right away to the pet store and got him a ferret! He bought some antiques as well. The three of them went home happily. Eddie, has a ferret, won on a leap of faith with a “Royal Flush hand,” It was only right to name her ”Royalette.” In remembrance to the Royal Flush per say. So, Eddie did as the new lucky member to his new family!

While watching television, I remember watching the “Trio of Frogs,” during the Super Bowl. Eddie, knew he wanted to start collecting Budweiser Memorabilia. While Eddie, had Royalette out, Eddie, went to make some popcorn in the kitchen. When he came back to the couch, Eddie's new friend Royalette, had grabbed Eddie's Budweiser beer and was drinking the beer for sometime already?

Eddie seen it right there, that a new “Super Bowl Commercial Star,” has been born!!!!

Eddie, joined a Anheuser-Busch Collectors Club in 1995 and sent in stories of ferrets along with detailed drawings. Eddie wants to leave the American public this message. “ I just thought, the people of America should know who the ferret was and how it came about! “

In Loving Memory: of Royalette;

Sincerely,

Eddie Verdon

Ferret Theory, IV nothing but basterds:

The Anheuser-Busch, papers of deliberate betrayal

While going over various legal papers from the “Anheuser-Busch Companies” I just happened to read a letter dated March 18, 1996 from Legal Assistant- Mckeehan, she indicated for me to direct my ideas and sign the non-confidentiality Agreement to Mr. Tim Schoen - Director, Budweiser Marketing. Mr. Schoen: He will evaluate my proposal, determine Anheuser-Busch's interest in it, and respond to me. Scott D. Miller-Associate General Counsel, responded to a letter; I wrote to August A. Busch III. Scott says, we appreciate the fact that you submitted certain ideas to Anheuser-Busch in good fait and are--sorry,-- that I feel these submissions were not similarly treated. “Anheuser-Busch did process my submissions in good faith,” so Scott says? But my ideas played no role in the development of Anheuser-Busch's independently created commercials. That's his story! The Associate General Counsel-Scott D. Miller, then said “we regret any-- misunderstanding.”

Letter July 22, 1996

Richard W. Renner-Senior Associate General: Indicated to me First, we regret any confusion and disappointment that, I might have. To clarify any miscommunication, we are very grateful for the efforts, I made to provide Anheuser-Busch. Furthermore Mr. Schoen previously informed you Eddie, that in his letter March 15,1996, that his letter was declining all of your ideas. Richard said “ he wasn't aware that Anheuser-Busch has made any use of or has any further interest in pursing the ideas, I submitted. Richard, then--

thanked me for my interest in Anheuser-Busch.

I submitted most of my ideas to the “Promotion Department,” Debbie Krupy. What was interesting there, was her employment was terminated just prier to mine? The only thing that made it unique was she was employed be Anheuser-Busch in Missouri. I worked for Costco in California. She apparently was a little more expendable for Anheuser-Busch so she was done away early in the game.

Compared to Mr. Schoen and these General Counsel people.

Sacramento Business Journal: pointed out to me that these General Counsel members of Anheuser Busch, were not trying to tell me all the truth and where in fact lying to me about some of the commercial ideas. Sacramento Business Journal said “ The letters from the lawyers mentioned the alligators and the penguin but they don't say anything about the

Here's, yet another point of interest to the reader:

:

I've made quit a splash with this Anheuser-Busch story lately, now it's in the news Mr. Schoen, after 28 years he's leaving Anheuser-Busch pushing four days now? He's leaving the company to pursue new career interests? It's probably me but I would say that Anheuser-Busch is starting to cover it's tracks on this scandal, maybe even sweat a little bit!

Eddie

Anheuser-Busch (AKA) Budweiser

Decides to steal, Super Bowl Commercials Idea's from one of their collector enthusiast!

!

Written in 1998:

I've been talking to my Teamster Union Representative: Jim Tobin, about the similarities of the Anheuser-Busch commercials and Costco's actions, in terminating my employment. The timing was to uncanny? Jim agreed and said their was a pattern emerging there? I wondered at that point? If there was a connection. I vaguely remember? Jim, saying over the phone, it would take Anheuser-Busch days? If not hours, to get a team together to start commercializing my ideas!

Wouldn't take much, Jim said!

It seemed strange after eight years of service to Costco, that after the 1998 Super Bowl, almost two months exactly. I would get let go from Costco. I was upset in the Costco break room, I was eating their and seen my Ideas, being used in a Super Bowl game. I got on the phone to my wife and talked about it with her we agreed, what an out-right, theft by the Anheuser-Busch brewery! I know, news travels fast in a ‘break room. I wondered? If it got back to those insiders, of Costco and the Teamsters? If so? It would have been just a -

Matter of time before, I would be exiting from these groups?

My union rep: Jim Tobin, said at my hearing, that was held at Sacramento International Airport. They were flying in union guys from Los Angeles, to help represent me Vs. Costco and the warehouse manager, Tom Silva and other, big corporate from Costco, would be at the hearing? Jim said, to me, they would be the most fair for me. I didn't know about a grudge, at the time was already in motion? After the hearing, I found out the Hearing, was a Farce! Their was a 401K and a check was being sent in the mail. So, weeks before the hearing? Costco and the Teamster Union, already had made a decision on me being unemployed. I wonder if these union guys, that were flown in from Los Angeles-

were here just to see if, I was catching on to their-

Ambush?

Now at the Unemployment Hearing in Roseville, this is a different hearing; {for the audience.} Costco fought my unemployment and at the hearing, I wanted to submit new evidence, the hearing judge said, he would not allow me to submit new evidence, during the hearing and that, I should have submitted, to the job at the time? I tried to insist, but the Judge, got angry with me and said, my documents do not pertain to this case. The judge, refused to look at the documents. I was in shock at such injustice and my wife who attend the meeting, was crying holding-- her new baby. Their was one remembering moment at the hearing, Costco Lawyer from the Gibbens Co, in Walnut Creek, Ca. looked at my wife and I and smiled and laughed, like he just won the lottery!

How Nice!

Jim Tobin, is now Secretary Treasure and boss of Sacramento Teamsters, They also got a new big building for them; (1999-2000,) I believe it was built? My guess is this building got built for them with their efforts in stealing my Super Bowl Commercials? Anheuser-Busch probably laundered the money to local 150. It was a pay off in participation for the brewery's movement is my guess! Tom Silva, was moved from Rancho Cordova to South Sacramento, Then moved again to Folsom as Warehouse Manager.

It all seemed convent to me? Looking back at this… Costco, didn't have a problem in letting me go because, I got injured on their job. Anheuser-Busch, wanted the

Commercial Idea's, for their business. The Teamsters had a grudge from; Congressman Fazio's office, acting on my behalf with a grievance. After all this was being foiled together…

for their business. The Teamsters had a office, acting on my behalf with a grievance. After all this was being foiled together…

I came to the conclusion: That a Ferret Theory, was about to be established.....
