US Band received $6,599,000,000.00 in US Taxpayer Funded Bailout Money
US Bank foreclosed on a property in Rancho Murieta, CA and placed the property for sale with a local Real Estate Firm.
The Property was listed below the market value for the area.
The property was on the MLS for 13 minutes before an offer was written and accepted buy the bank.
After the closing of the escrow on the property it was revealed that the buyer was Lance Merrihew, who is the son of Linda Merrihew, the asset manager at US Bank who guided the property through the foreclosure process and who lives in Rancho Murieta.
As a Taxpayer I outraged and shocked, who is looking out me and the other taxpayers ? The White House should be monitoring the baks that received bailout money, and how they handle the sales of foreclosed properties.
As as someone with bank accounts at US Bank, I am concerned that insider information is being provided by bank employees to their family members.
