I do not understand why Jaycee Dugard or her parents have not filed a petition with the courts to Terminate the Parental Rights of Phillip Garrido.
This would solve many of Jaycee's problems.
I am sure that hundreds of lawyers would be happy to assist her in this matter free of charge.
