Have we reverted back to 1945, since when is it ok to discriminate in a ad for employment.
I do not understand why a simple $10.00 per hour customer service job would require a "Female Candidate Preferred".
I do not understand why the state of California does not investigate and issue a fine to the offending companies for this blatant job discrimination based on sex.
Since the placement is at a MotorSports company, we prefer the candidate to have general knowledge of Auto Parts/Body Parts. Female candidate prefered.
