Abe Alizadeh of Kobra Properties who owned TGIF's and Jack n Box restaureants was assrested by the placer County Sheriff's Office and is being held on $1,000,000.00 bail for theft.

What makes this so interesting is that the media is reporting Abe Alizadeh that te theft charge stems from Abe Alizadeh's failure to pay over $1,000,000.00 in California State Taxes.

Since when did "Debtors Prison's" come back in style,  since when is failure to pay State Taxes A CRIME OF THEFT ?

If the State of California wants their money that bad,  why do not not just get a Court Order and cease everything he ownes down to his socks & underware,  sell them at auction & deport him.

So why as a tax payer do I have to pay to clothe,  feed & provide him with medical & dental care while he is in jail.
