Below is a link to the lawsuit filed by Frederico & Kathy Santo against Ex Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in the early release of Esteban Nunez from 16 years in prison to 7 years for death of their son Luis Santos.
Esteban Nunez pled guilty in the stabbing death of Luis Santos in San Diego, Esteban Nunez who is the son of Fabian Nunez who served 2 terms as a California State Assemblyman.
The suit asserts Marcy's Law passed by California Voters. The interesting question that has not been asked is if Ex Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is found not to have upheld the Laws of the State of California or is found to have provided political favors to Fabian Nunez, will the California Attorney General Kamala Harris go after Schwarzenegger for all court costs, attorney fees and any other costs that the state will be required to pay in this law suit.
