I do not understand why the Japanese Government would build Nuclear Plants on an area that is so prone to earthquakes.
The Japanese Government has not only placed their citizens in harms way by their actions but have also exposed the citizens of the US in the Western United States to Radiation if the Nuclear Plant has a complete meltdown.
Yes an earthquake is a natural disaster, however the placement of Nuclear Plants in an area with a long history of earthquakes is tantamount to being just plain stupid.
I think the Japanese Government should worry about the US Citizens in the Western US, because if any are exposed to Radiation you can bet there will be Hundreds of Thousands if not Millions of Lawsuits against the Japanese Government for Gross Negligence.
